Born & brought up in a middle-class family in Patna, Bihar had a humble upbringing. After completing education, at a very tender age, he started his professional journey with the American Healthcare major, Johnson & Johnson Limited, and served in various capacities at different locations.
After that, in the year 2007, he left his flourishing professional career and started his entrepreneurial journey and incepted Inductus as a Private Limited Company, with an able companionship & partnership of his wife, Anuradha Sinha.
The humble journey which started in the year 2007, went on to become a full-fledged high-performance, innovation-driven organization and is now being incepted as a Public Limited Company, Headquartered at Delhi NCR, Inductus Limited [www.inductusgroup.com].
Over the years, with hard work and able leadership, Inductus has now become a conglomerate & Group of Companies and is ably known as Inductus Group.
It is his vision, passion, zeal and indefatigable energy which has been instrumental in bringing Private Sector initiatives into the Public domain. He has over 25 years of experience in conceiving and developing Projects, primarily into Consulting & Advisory | Project Management | Technology | and Industries sectors in India.
He exhibits a strong competency of smart management and quick adoption to a situation. With a career spanning over a decade as a successful entrepreneur, Alouk Kumar has had an illustrious career in handling several dynamic projects into various sectors & domains.
Multifaceted that he is, is known in the industry fraternity for being a visionary with an illustrious history of handling complex development projects of various magnitudes. A firm believer in the catchphrase “Hard Work, Devotion & Dedication can only Yield Sustainable High Performance”.It has been a natural transition for him to set up and manage several businesses as a CEO & leader, who always leads from the front.
